Do what brings you happy.......


Listen to your mind, check which activity brings you happy permanently. Some are temporary satisfing you, but ultimately, bring you sorrow. If your favourites bring acceptable reason for other’s unhappy, definitely, you will frustrate from it in future. For Instance, if you enjoy your drink by singing songs or dancing without any harm to others, you will not frustrate your drink later, but if you drink too much and behave badly, it brings sorrow next day. Today, everyone doesn’t like other’s actions whether it is good or bad. So we don’t want to stop good activities or our favourites which are universally accepted or don’t bring any harm to others. Try to identify which are your favourites, ananalyse it as above and do them frequently.
