Real Happiness vs Desires
Real happiness is invisible, it is felt by the heart or mind. There is a link between happiness and desires. If you want to feel ultimate satisfaction, you have to free from all desires. Then you are no more in the real life, but you will get the ultimate satisfaction. No one can believe this except some Buddhist people , but there is a truth behind this. In real life, pain is certain, but suffering is optional. If you want to get rid of this life you have to quit from all desires, then there is no pain, but if you want to continue this life you have to attach to desires. However, it is painful, but if you attach to good desires you can live happy life with the courage to endeavour the pain, but your desires are bad you will suffer throughout your life journey.
