If you want happy life focus on the thoughts you think, not about the thoughts that others think about you. If you can satisfy with what you have today and who you are today that’s the happiness, but you have to focus on your future goals and should not be wait at the present situation and fight for your ultimate goal. If we compare the happiness level of a beggar and a doctor, we think doctors are living a happy life than beggars. Most of the time that prediction can be true, but exceptions are there. There may be some beggars who satisfy with what they have and who they are and try to accomplish a goal what he desired.  Also, there may be some doctors who are not satisfy with their busy life style, or consider about what they don’t have. Since our childhood, we knew many people have been emerging and disappearing after a short or a long period of time, but only few maintain persistency of their characters from the birth to the end.
