Understand the limit where your mind comes to suffer



Life is not easy. There are tons of obstacles suddenly appear on your way. Thats the nature. Dont think too much about it. Just focus on your goals. If you dont have a goal or task to do at the tough time, overthinking ruins your life. Fix a disired goal, always think about it, dream it and work on it. Then your temporary defeat could not trap you for overthinking.


Middle path is the best one to achieve your set goals. If you work too hard to achieve your goal, the possibility of giving up it is very high due to the stress of achieving. So, take a rest once you are tired. May be a rest of five minutes will help you to do the task happily. Don't think you dont have time or however, I want to finsh it. Then you are going to get the rest once you finish it. But thats wrong. If you carry out the task while you are tired your efficiency is very low and it takes long time and your stress level goes up.Once you get a rest, it boosts up your efficiency and you can finish it earlier and happily.
